Environment Analyst

Job Description

This Role is responsible and accountable for providing Environment Build and Operations support solutions to the CPB portfolio.

The role will be responsible to:

•  Work on a Programme level environment build and maintenance for CPB Technology work streams where in E2E testing for such work streams can progress.
•  Work closely with all impacted platform systems and understand testing requirement and convert into environment build.
•  Provide technical expertise to the team on day to day tasks and issues.
•  Undertake Change deployment and daily operations to support environment uptime and ensure it is testable.
•  Environment Build and maintenance for Non-Prod environments.
•  Undertake Cloud Operations for running on-demand environments.
•  Working experience in Daily Environment Operations(health checks, issue management ,  certificates, MTRs and other housekeeping activities).
•  Application Access Management for non-PROD environments.
•  Share knowledge within the team and conduct technical sessions to bring team to desired level.
•  Optimization of Stakeholder Queries.
•  Run and own Incident Management calls and get the resolution of issues from Platforms
•  To produce accurate estimates for Environment Stand up and readiness by understanding the technical specification and providing efforts in discussion with Development and Infrastructure teams.

 The role requires following skill set and experience:
 
Essential Experience: (Must have)

• Hands on working experience on Agile projects, and in automating manual tasks..
• Have good hands on with tools JIRA, Confluence.
• Experience on maintaining environments with Java microservices in Cloud preferably using PCF.
• Dependency and artefact management.
• Hands on experience in Environment management in a complex landscape
• Hands on experience in Change deployment tools like DART.
• Working experience in maintaining environment Dashboards and running Health checks.
• Experience in running recovery calls to recover environmental issues.

 Supplementary Experience: (Good to have)

• Similar role played earlier.
• Experience in working in a global delivery model
• Strong technology background – Zambezi (Microservices), Oracle, Java

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience with Environment operations, Build and maintenance.
• Working experience in managing environments in an enterprise landscape.
